Strategic Plan

Executive Summary

In July 2023, MCF embarked on a thoughtful and ambitious 3-year strategic plan, in which we shared a new mission statement and, for the first time, a vision statement and values. The plan identifies three strategic priorities centered around our land preservation work, educational outreach, and capacity building. We have achieved many successes toward our vision and generated great momentum thanks to the ongoing support of our donors, partners, and community. As we approach the end date of our plan in June 2026, we are already looking ahead to MCF’s next chapter.
